The use environment of single flange electric ball valve requires that the single flange electric ball valve model is VSSJA-1 or BF. The single flange electric ball valve is composed of loose sleeve expansion joint and a limiting short pipe.
The single flange electric ball valve can prevent the leakage or damage of the compensation joint caused by excessive displacement of the pipeline. It is mainly used for loose sleeve connection of the pipeline to absorb the axial displacement and bear the axial pressure thrust within the allowable displacement range. The single flange electric ball valve is made by adding a limit stud on the basis of the flange loose sleeve compensation joint. The maximum expansion is locked with a double nut to compensate for the axial displacement, deflection and eccentricity of the pipeline caused by thermal expansion, cold contraction and foundation settlement, so as to protect the equipment of the valve. It can be divided into single flange electric ball valve and double flange electric ball valve according to different connection modes. The single flange electric ball valve is suitable for conveying seawater, fresh water, cold and hot water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, product oil, air, gas, steam and granular powder with temperature not higher than 250 degrees.
