The flexible valve elbow is composed of a fabric reinforced valve body and a metal flange, which is used to reduce vibration and noise of the pipeline and compensate displacement. The flexible valve elbow has the characteristics of good shock absorption effect, high pressure resistance, large displacement, balancing pipeline deviation, absorbing pipeline vibration and reducing noise.
1. When installing the valve elbow, it is strictly prohibited to install it beyond the displacement limit. 2. The installation bolts shall be symmetrical and tightened gradually to prevent local leakage. For the working pressure above 3.1.6MPa, the bolts shall be installed with elastic pressure pads to prevent the bolts from loosening during operation.
4. During vertical installation, both ends of the joint pipe shall be supported by vertical force, and anti pulling device can be used to prevent pulling out under working pressure.
5. The installation position of the valve elbow should be far away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation light and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product
6. Sharp tools are not allowed to scratch the surface and sealing surface of the valve elbow during transportation, loading and unloading.
