1. Working medium: first of all, the medium should be determined. The material of electric ball valve is different with different transmission medium. The material of electric ball valve should be determined according to the medium characteristics; If the medium is water, the electric ball valve can be made of SUS304, and the corrosive medium can be made of specific materials according to the specific characteristics of the medium.
2. Service temperature: first, the service temperature of the electric ball valve is between - 200 ℃ and 1300 ℃, and the service temperature is also related to the material requirements of the electric ball valve. Generally, the service temperature of SUS304 is not higher than 400 ℃, the service temperature of SUS321 is between 400 ℃ and 750 ℃, and the service temperature * of SUS310S is about 1000 ℃. When the service temperature exceeds 1000 ℃, a thermal insulation layer must be made on the inner wall of the electric ball valve.
3. Nominal pressure: determine the pressure level of the electric ball valve according to the possible high pressure of the electric ball valve pipeline to ensure the safe use of the electric ball valve in the future.
4. Connection mode: There are two connection modes of electric ball valve, one is flange, the other is welding. When selecting the flange of flanged electric ball valve, determine the flange standard to ensure convenient installation on site and successful acceptance.
5. Whether it is pipeline maintenance and replacement: if the electric ball valve is used for maintenance and replacement, the user must strictly provide the total length of the electric ball valve to ensure the smooth replacement and installation of the electric ball valve.
