Methods and precautions for correct installation of electric ball valve Electric ball valve is a new product connecting pumps, valves, pipelines and other equipment with pipelines. In this way, during installation and maintenance, it can be adjusted according to the on-site installation size. During operation, it not only improves the work efficiency, but also plays a certain role in protecting pipeline equipment such as pumps and valves.
How to correctly install the electric ball valve should be a headache for many consumers. Here we will briefly talk about the methods and precautions for correctly installing the electric ball valve:
1. The normal common medium of the flexible electric ball valve is ordinary water with a temperature of 0-60 ℃. For special media such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature and other corrosive and hard conditions, the corresponding special resistant material electric ball valve should be selected. It is not allowed to be used blindly or in general.
2. The flange connecting the electric ball valve shall be the valve flange or the flange conforming to GB/T9115.1 (RF). 3. When the pipeline medium is acid-base, oil, high temperature and other special materials, the joint with a gear higher than the working pressure of the pipeline shall be selected. When the flexible electric ball valve is used at the inlet and outlet of the water pump, it shall be located at the side near the water pump, and a metal reducing joint shall be installed between it and the water pump, and it shall be installed at the large diameter of the reducing joint.
4. When pipe displacement; When the compensation amount of joints is large, the number of joints shall be increased to parallel the displacement. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the out of tolerance of the pipeline, so that the joints are in the limit state of distorting displacement and deviation, let alone out of tolerance (expansion, displacement, deflection, etc.). 5. For high-rise water supply or suspended water supply, the pipeline shall be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor bracket, and the joint shall not bear the weight and axial force of the pipeline itself, otherwise the joint shall be equipped with anti pulling device (the bearing force must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline).
6. When installing the electric ball valve, the screw of the bolt shall extend to the outside of the joint, and the bolts on each flange end face shall be tightened repeatedly and evenly by diagonal pressure to prevent pressure deviation. The screw connector shall be tightened evenly with a scale wrench. Do not use a force amplifier to force the union to slip wires, slip edges and fracture. Moreover, it shall be checked on schedule to avoid loosening and causing disc falling or water seepage.
7. After the electric ball valve is subjected to pressure for the first time (such as installation and pressure test) or before it is used again after being stopped for a long time, the bolts shall be re pressurized and tightened before it is put into operation. The electric ball valve has a certain multi-directional displacement effect during pipeline operation, which can alleviate the thrust of blind plate during pipeline operation, and play a certain role in protecting the pipeline, especially providing great convenience for the installation and maintenance of the pipeline. However, valve joints should be used at the pump outlet and the pipe corner, because the electric ball valve passes through the valve bolts (i.e. full screw bolts) It can transmit the thrust of blind plate when starting the pump to all parts of the pump and pipeline, so as to prevent the thrust from concentrating on the pipeline or the near end of the pump to cause impact damage to the equipment.
