First of all, pay more attention to the selection of covering materials for non electric ball valves, pay attention to the development of thermal insulation performance and light transmission capacity, so as to better prevent aging and damage. Secondly, for the cooling system of non electric ball valve, we must do a good job of maintenance. For this work, we need to do a good job of frequent cleaning in addition to the daily maintenance of motor products. Third, certain training should be strengthened on the operation of non electric ball valves, and the operation should be carried out in strict accordance with certain specifications.
Especially in the case of increasingly strong requirements for automation, this should not be ignored. How to deal with leakage of non electric ball valve skin?
(1) Stop the machine to clean the dust on the pressing plate and repair the damaged non electric ball valve skin. Be careful not to damage the PTFE skin at the bottom of the groove during cleaning.
(2) Clean all floating ash on the framework of non electric ball valve.
(3) Quickly apply high elastic adhesive to the press plate and both sides of the electric ball valve, and fill the high temperature, corrosion resistant and high elastic sponge polyurethane filler into the groove before curing.
(4) Each time the filler is filled, a layer of adhesive shall be sealed until the gap of its pressing plate is filled. * The upper layer is also a key layer, and it must be carefully leveled with high elasticity, acid resistance and adhesive resistance. The thickness shall be controlled at about 3mm.
(5) * After that, the joints of non electric ball valves will be treated. All joints need to be coated with high elastic corrosion resistant adhesive, with a thickness of more than 3mm.
(6) It can be put into use after standing for more than 6 hours
