How to judge the air source of the video on the working principle of pneumatic ball valve? 1. The flexible pneumatic ball valve shall not exceed the displacement and extension limit during installation.
2. The installation bolts shall be symmetrically and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. For pneumatic ball valves with working pressure above 1.0MPa, elastic pressure pads shall be provided when installing bolts to prevent bolts from loosening during operation.
4. When installing the pneumatic ball valve, the pipeline needs to be installed with a fixed support, or the anti tension device should be installed to prevent the working pressure from pulling off (note: the pneumatic ball valve is not allowed to bear the transverse tension of the pipeline weight and the pipeline weight cannot be pressed on the pneumatic ball valve)
5. The installation position of the pneumatic ball valve should be far away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation light and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
6. During transportation, loading, unloading and installation of pneumatic ball valve, it is strictly prohibited to cut the surface sealing surface with profit instruments.
7. When installing matching flange, please use special flange for butterfly valve or small diameter flange to avoid flange falling off and water leakage after installation.
