1. During the construction of flexible pneumatic ball valve pipeline, it is necessary to keep it in a natural state, and do not artificially deform the product during installation. When the pipeline medium is acid and alkali resistant, oil, high temperature and other special data, the joint with a gear higher than the working pressure of the pipeline shall be selected. The normal applicable medium of the flexible pneumatic ball valve is ordinary water with a temperature of 0-60 ° C. The special medium such as oil, acid and alkali, high temperature, and other corrosive and solid conditions should use the corresponding special resistant data pneumatic ball valve, which should not be used blindly or universally.
2. When the pneumatic ball valve is connected with the pipe flange, the screw rod of the bolt shall extend to one end of the pipe flange to prevent the pneumatic ball valve from being hit or punctured when the thread is pressed and expanded. It is necessary to pressurize and tighten the bolts at each end symmetrically so that all bolts are tightened together. In severe environment, in addition to flat washer, tension spring washer shall also be added to prevent nuts from loosening.
3. If the arch or high arc pneumatic ball valve is used, it is necessary to select the stud bolt because the hexagon of the bolt is difficult to pass through the flange hole, and try to reduce the protruding thread of the ball end, so as to prevent the ball valve from being damaged in the early stage when it is pressed and expanded. When the pneumatic ball valve with flexible valve is used at the inlet and outlet of the water pump, it should be located at the side of the water spring, and a metal reducing joint should be installed between it and the water spring, and it should be installed at the large diameter source of the reducing diameter.
4. When the pipe displacement is greater than or equal to the maximum compensation amount of the joint, the number of joints shall be added to parallel the displacement amount. It is prohibited to make the joint in the ultimate deflection displacement and error condition in order to adjust the deviation of the pipe, and it is not allowed to exceed the ultimate elasticity, displacement, deflection and other applications
5. High rise water supply or suspended water supply pipeline shall be fixed on the hanger, bracket or anchor bracket, and the joint shall not accept the component of the pipeline itself and axial force, otherwise the joint shall be equipped with anti pull off equipment (its acceptance force must be greater than the axial force of the pipeline). When using the large diameter pneumatic ball valve above DN1000mm, in order to facilitate the equipment and reduce labor intensity, a short pipe of appropriate length shall be manufactured at one end of the flange. After the short pipe of the pneumatic ball valve is connected with the pipe at the other end, the short pipe shall be welded with the long pipe at the opposite end.
