Unless otherwise specified in the design documents, the same suspender shall not be used for two pipes with opposite or unequal thermal displacement directions. The sliding surface of the guide support or sliding support shall be smooth and flat, and there shall be no skew and jamming. The installation position shall be offset from the center of the bearing surface to the opposite direction of the displacement. The offset shall be 1/2 of the displacement or comply with the provisions of the design documents. The insulation layer shall not interfere with its displacement. After the installation of pipe hangers with thermal displacement is completed, the form and position of supports and hangers shall be checked one by one according to the design documents. For pipes with thermal displacement, during thermal load operation, the following checks and adjustments shall be made to the supports and hangers in time: the displacement direction, displacement value and guiding performance of the movable supports and hangers shall comply with the provisions of the design documents, the pipe supports shall not fall off, the fixed supports and hangers shall be firm and reliable, and the installation elevation and spring working load of the spring supports and hangers shall comply with the provisions of the design documents, The limit plate of spring support shall be removed before thermal load operation.
The pipe supports and hangers with strong vibration shall be constructed according to the following requirements: asbestos cloth, asbestos valve plate, hard rubber plate or anti-corrosion treated hard wood pad shall be added on the fastening surface of the pipe support and the pipe contact. The fastening nuts for fastening the pipe support shall be equipped with spring washers, lock washers or fastening nuts. The pipe support shall not be installed on the floor, wall Elastic steel structure and vibrating equipment or support shall be fixed. 3 Other precautions: The installation accuracy of pipes and equipment shall comply with relevant regulations. It is strictly prohibited to use pneumatic valves to forcibly make up for any misalignment, especially the corrugated pneumatic valves are not allowed to be subject to torsion. During the installation of pneumatic valves, the stress under the state of hydrostatic test must be taken into consideration, and the layout of supports and hangers of pneumatic valves shall be checked to see if it meets the design requirements. Before pressure test, carefully check whether the installation of supports and hangers is correct and whether the welding of supports and hangers meets the design requirements. During pressure test, observe the change of compensator at any time, so as to take preventive measures in advance to prevent pipeline instability from causing deformation of pneumatic valve, thus losing its due role.
