Pneumatic butterfly valves account for half of the mechanical operation. In the process of daily normal operation, what should be done for the daily maintenance of pneumatic butterfly valves?
1. Check and maintain the solenoid valve and silencer. Check and maintain the solenoid valve every six months, mainly to see whether the solenoid valve is blocked by dirt, whether the valve core is free, whether the silencer is blocked by dirt, whether it is unobstructed, and whether the air source is clean without water.
2. Check and maintain the cylinder. At ordinary times, clean the surface of the pneumatic butterfly valve cylinder, and pay attention to the timely oiling of the cylinder shaft circlip. Periodically (basically about 6 months) open the cylinder end cover to check whether there are sundries and moisture in the cylinder, and pay attention to the status of the grease. If the grease is short or dry, it is necessary to disassemble the cylinder for comprehensive maintenance and sorting before adding grease.
3. Check the valve body every 6 months to see whether the valve body appearance is outstanding and whether the installation flange has leakage. If it is convenient, check whether the valve body seal is outstanding and whether there is wear. Pay attention to check whether the pneumatic butterfly valve plate operates flexibly and whether the valve has foreign matters stuck.
4. Dismantle the cylinder from the valve body first, and then dismantle the two head covers of the cylinder. When disassembling the piston, be sure to pay attention to the direction of the piston rack, then use external force to rotate the cylinder shaft clockwise to make the piston run to the outermost side, then gradually ventilate the valve closing hole, and gently push the piston out with air pressure, but this method must pay attention to gradually ventilate, otherwise the piston will suddenly eject, which is a bit risky! Then remove the circlip on the cylinder shaft, and the cylinder shaft can be taken out from the other end. After removal, clean and grease each part. After lubricating grease is added, it shall be installed according to the disassembly order and the reverse order of the parts, so as to ensure that the end groove on the gear shaft is parallel to the cylinder block when opening the valve, and that the end groove on the gear shaft is vertical to the cylinder block when closing the valve.
