In order to prevent the abrasion, erosion and cavitation of the external surface of the internal parts (valve core and valve seat) of the pneumatic ball valve, the thermal hardness of the material shall be considered under high temperature to prevent the change of metal hardness. Under high pressure difference, most of the energy of the fluid is concentrated in the valve internals for release, which may overload the valve internals. Under high temperature, the mechanical function of most materials becomes worse and the materials become soft, which greatly affects the service life of the valve internals.

When using the pneumatic butterfly valve, more attention should be paid to the fact that materials and other objects should not be directly flushed onto the valve mouth from top to bottom. This construction method will prevent the pneumatic butterfly valve from being sealed well during the whole operation process, and will also cause some damage to the sealing performance of the butterfly valve. Therefore, it is necessary to handle the processing materials with care during construction.
