2) Before the device, the whole machine shall be tested according to the regular signal (electricity or gas) (to prevent the operation performance from being affected by the vibration during transportation), and the device can be put on line only after passing the test (wiring shall be in accordance with the circuit diagram of the electric actuator). 　　
3) Before connecting with the pipeline, the residual impurities in the clean pipeline must be washed and removed (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball). 　　
4) During the installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as the lifting ornament to prevent damage to the actuator and accessories 　　
5) This type of valve shall be installed in the horizontal or straight direction of the pipeline. 　　
6) The pipeline adjacent to the installation point shall not be sagging or subject to external force. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline. 　　
7) After connecting with the pipeline, please insert and lock the flange connecting bolts with regular torque.

That is, the acceptable powder weight of a pneumatic ball valve itself has been confirmed by data during design. As long as the weight is measured according to the data prepared above, the internal powder weight can be guaranteed, which is in line with modern production standards, greatly increases the service life of the valve, and will not cause the risk of dust leakage, affecting the production and processing of other materials, And with fully automatic control, it can make the operation easier.
