(3) The sound velocity of rubber is 40~200 m/s, while that of steel is 5000 m/s.
Therefore, it has good shock absorption, sound insulation, relaxation and buffering performance. In order to effectively reduce the wheel rail force and improve the running performance of the system, and reduce the vibration and noise problems of the locomotive and line system caused by high speed and heavy load, modern rail transit uses a large number of rubber elastic elements for traction, driving, connection, support, etc., to reach a higher request for warmth, stability, and speed.

When using and selecting the ultra-high pressure hose, it is necessary to correctly select the hose with the appropriate pressure grade according to the working pressure of the ultra-high pressure cleaner. When the pressure applied in practice exceeds 1.25 times of the regular pressure, the working life of the hose will be reduced by 50%.
In addition, factors that greatly affect the service life of the ultrahigh pressure hose include the pressure fluctuation of the ultrahigh pressure cleaning machine in the working process, and the fluid pressure fluctuation in the pipe caused by the instantaneous opening and closing of the high-pressure spray gun and control valve. Therefore, it is suggested that the selection of ultra-high pressure hoses should be based on 1.5 times of the working pressure. For example, if the working pressure of the ultrahigh pressure cleaning machine is 1200bar, the ultrahigh pressure hose with the working pressure of 1800-2000bar should be selected. This can greatly extend the service life of the ultra-high pressure hose.
When equipping the ultrahigh pressure hose, the selection should be stopped according to the request of the ultrahigh pressure washer host. Because the pressure and flow of the ultrahigh pressure washer have very strict rules or restrictions, the change of the diameter in the pipe will affect the working strike force at the front end of the high-pressure water jet and the balance of the system. The practical test proved that the service life of the super high pressure hose with the diameter of 4mm was reduced to one third of the original service life by replacing the regular super high pressure hose with the diameter of 5mm.
