Experts and technicians from the Safety and Environmental Protection Department, the Consumption Scheme Department, the Mobility Department, the Information and Measurement Center, the Oil Storage and Transportation Department and other departments of the company arrive at the Yangtze River early every morning. They "filter" from wharf to wharf. The oil delivery hoses erected on each trestle, the hoses used by each barge for loading and unloading, especially the joints at both ends of the hoses, are screened one by one. Each section of hose is only confirmed to be safe and reliable after being signed by the gatekeepers of five departments.
During the inspection, 13 hidden dangers of pneumatic butterfly valves were found. On the same day, the pneumatic butterfly valves at both ends of the 0 # diesel fuel metering meter at No. 10 Wharf were stopped changing. The other 12 problems were being rectified according to the rectification plan.
