Then, how is the hot adjustment range of spring damper?
1. The spring shock absorber should firmly shrink all possible loose conditioning parts;
2. When stopping the hot adjustment of the spring damper, it is necessary to ensure that the remaining stroke after the spring is compressed is greater than the axial displacement of the damping spring caused by the cold contraction displacement of the pipe;
3. After inspection and adjustment of supports and hangers;
4. It is not suitable to condition parts by destroying threads or spot welding.
5. During load troubleshooting, a series of inspection and troubleshooting will be stopped after the manufacturing of supports and hangers is completed; 6. If the reason why the load displacement indication does not coincide with the hot state mark when operating at rated temperature is removed, the load displacement indication can not be accurately adjusted to the hot state position mark, and the pointer has been quite close to the hot state position mark, and the support and hanger have not moved to the end of their travel range, then the support and hanger can be considered normal.
