Main features of pneumatic floating ball valve:

4. The valve stem seal is reliable. Because the valve stem only operates as if it is rotating rather than lifting, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the pressure of the medium.
5. Since materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene have good self-lubricating property and small friction loss with the ball, the service life of pneumatic ball valve is long.
6. The lower mounted valve stem and the convex step at the head of the valve stem prevent the valve stem from ejecting. If the valve stem seal is damaged due to fire, metal contact can also be formed between the convex step and the valve body to ensure the valve stem sealing.
7. Anti static function: set a spring between the ball, valve stem and valve body, which can lead out the static electricity generated during the switching process.

1. The perpendicularity between the flange face on the piping and the piping center line and the error of flange bolt holes shall be within the allowable range. The valve shall be installed after the centerline of the valve and piping is consistent.
2. When tightening bolts, use a wrench matching the nut. When using oil pressure and pneumatic tools for tightening, be careful not to exceed the specified torque.
3. When connecting two flanges, the sealing surface of the flange and the gasket shall be pressed evenly to ensure that the flange is connected by the same bolt stress.
4. The flange shall not be tightened evenly, and shall be tightened in the order of symmetry and intersection.
5. After flange installation, ensure that all bolts and nuts are tightened evenly.
6. For the fastening of bolts and nuts, washers shall be used to prevent loosening caused by vibration. In order to avoid adhesion between threads at high temperature, the thread parts shall be coated with anti adhesion agent during installation.
7. For high temperature valves above 300 ℃, flange connecting bolts, bonnet fastening bolts, pressure seal and packing gland bolts must be tightened again after the temperature rises.
8. When the valve is used at low temperature, it is installed at atmospheric temperature. Due to the temperature difference, flanges, gaskets, bolts and nuts shrink, and the materials of these parts are different
9. Their linear expansion coefficients are also different, forming environmental conditions that are very easy to leak. From this objective situation, when tightening bolts at atmospheric temperature, the torque that takes into account the shrinkage factors of various parts at low temperature must be used.
