The sealing structure is centered linear sealing, and the sealing performance is reliable to achieve two-way sealing and zero leakage. It can be installed anywhere.
V-type regulating ball valve is generally set in limestone slurry inlet pipe and cyclone return pipe of FGD project. Due to the high cost of pneumatic control valve, pneumatic V-type ceramic control ball valve is selected only at the limestone slurry inlet pipe in this phase of the project. The front end of the valve is equipped with an orifice plate, and the differential pressure signals from both ends of the orifice plate are introduced into the actuator of the control valve. The overflow and return pipeline of hydrocyclone adopts butterfly valve and throttle orifice plate for regulation.
