It is concluded that the process parameters of the DNlOOmm stop valve body made of 20 steel by shear extrusion are: the heating temperature of the blank test piece is 1200 ℃, and the die is preheated at 100~300 "C. Graphite water agent is used as the lubricant. The punch is conical, and the punch diameter is~108mm. The test piece is a blank with flange. The test equipment is lO00t clutch screw press, and its relevant working parameters are shown in Table l. The mechanical properties under forging are as follows. A set of dies was designed according to the working parameters of the press and the technological characteristics of the shear extrusion of the specimen. Before the test, the required extrusion force shall be calculated according to the simulation test results, the actual forging size and the mechanical properties of the forging materials. The calculation shows that the 1O00t press can meet the requirements of the lip shape.

2、 Strictly control incoming raw materials
Buying raw materials from qualified suppliers is not everything. If the supplier is qualified, it only indicates that the supplier has the basic conditions to supply raw materials with relatively stable quality. It is uncertain whether there is a shortage in the quantity of raw materials delivered theoretically and whether the quality can meet the production demand. Therefore, before the raw materials enter the factory, Tongfeng pneumatic butterfly valve strictly controls the incoming quality according to the following requirements.
1. Inspection of raw materials that do not need inspection. The inspection shall be carried out according to the raw material purchase contract, the Certificate of Conformity, the Material Book and other quality certificates accompanying the goods; For single low value consumables that are difficult to issue the corresponding Certificate of Conformity and Material Book, it is necessary to provide samples in advance. Raw materials without Quality Certificate and Raw Material Book shall be rejected for inspection and warehousing.
2. The raw materials to be inspected can be warehoused before being inspected as qualified. Before the raw materials to be inspected are put into storage, the purchased part shall fill in the Inspection Record and submit it to the professional inspection part. After the professional inspection part issues a qualified inspection statement, the qualified statement shall be used for warehousing. If the inspection is not qualified, fill in the Nonconforming Product Record, and fill in the quality information response form to the local response of the quality director in a timely manner, so as to purchase and deal with the return and replacement procedures locally.
3. Timely establish inspection records after warehousing. The storekeeper shall establish the Raw Material Warehousing Inspection Record, which includes the raw material title, specification, type, manufacturer, arrival time, arrival quantity, qualified quantity, inspection time and corresponding quality certificate; In addition, the account and card shall be created according to the type, title and specification of materials for future inquiry and confession.
4. Inspect and dispose of raw materials that are urgently needed or whose quality certification materials are incomplete. For urgently needed raw materials or raw materials with incomplete quality certification materials, it is necessary to fill in the information of quality response in a timely manner and report to the quality director for local response. The quality director will urge the purchasing department for the quality certification materials that have not arrived, and the raw materials will be stored in the unqualified area temporarily according to the warehousing inspection procedures. The inspection procedures can be handled before they are verified to be qualified.
5. The inspection of the appearance quality of materials shall check whether the external packaging of raw materials is damaged or defective, whether the packaging is corroded or leaked, open the box to check the product name, grade, standard type, etc., and check against the commodity certificate and packing list.
6. For the connotative quality problems that only need to be exposed during the installation and application period, the raw material keeper should establish the quality tracking card, adhere to the communication with the production and application units, grasp the first-hand materials, make timely response to the problems found, and notify the supply department to handle according to the rules.
