Schematic diagram of electric soft seal butterfly valve What stage is the research of electric butterfly valve for commercial vehicles at present
The research on electric butterfly valves for commercial vehicles started late in China. The products of domestic electric butterfly valve manufacturers are relatively single, the scope of application is narrow, and the product quality is poor compared with imported products. Therefore, most domestic commercial vehicle manufacturers use imported electric butterfly valves. At present, many electric butterfly valve manufacturers in China are absorbing and improving the relevant technologies of electric butterfly valves, developing and producing commercial vehicle electric butterfly valve products with independent intellectual property rights and suitable for China's road transport characteristics. At present, some electric butterfly valve products have approached or reached the quality standards of international similar products.
The electric butterfly valve has excellent elastic performance, which can significantly improve the comfort performance of the vehicle when applied to the vehicle suspension system. Therefore, the research on the electric butterfly valve at home and abroad at this stage is very important. With the rapid development of computer technology and the continuous maturity of finite element calculation theory, the research and development of electric butterfly valve at home and abroad has turned to the channel of combining computer virtual design and test. It has been proved that the virtual manufacturing design method can quickly and clearly construct a predetermined scheme on the computer, repeatedly simulate various extreme conditions in a short time without taking corresponding risks, and provide detailed and feasible technical schemes for design departments and production units. The rigidity of the electric butterfly valve was tested through experiments, and the rigidity characteristics of the electric butterfly valve were analyzed by finite element method using virtual software. The rigidity characteristics of the electric butterfly valve were studied by comparing the conclusions of the finite element analysis with the experimental results.
