3、 Working principle of connection between ball valve and pneumatic actuator:
1. The pneumatic ball valve can be closed tightly only by the operation of 90 degrees of air rotation and a small rotating torque. The completely equal inner cavity of the valve body provides a straight flow passage with little resistance for the medium. It is generally believed that ball valves are most suitable for direct opening and closing, but recent development has designed ball valves to be used for throttling and flow control.
2. The valve can be unblocked or blocked by rotating the valve element. The pneumatic ball valve is light to open and close, small in size, can be made into a large caliber, reliable in sealing, simple in structure, convenient in maintenance, and the sealing surface and spherical surface are often closed, not easy to be eroded by media, so it is widely used in various industries.
3. Pneumatic ball valve and plug valve belong to the same type of valve, only its closing part is a ball, and the ball rotates around the center line of the valve body to open and close a valve.
