Different from the ordinary electric butterfly valve, the electric butterfly valve inside the height valve is an integrated structure formed by setting the height valve inside the electric butterfly valve. Due to its special structure, there is no special method to test the performance of this type of electric butterfly valve. In order to obtain the performance test method of the electric butterfly valve in the height valve and avoid damage to the electric butterfly valve in the height valve due to improper side test method, the performance test was stopped for the electric butterfly valve in the height valve of a car cab suspension. The test shall be stopped according to the performance test method of ordinary electric butterfly valve. The load displacement curve and dynamic stiffness loading frequency curve of the built-in electric butterfly valve and the external electric butterfly valve of the height valve were measured. According to the comparison and analysis of the test results, it can be found that the variation of the performance curves of the built-in electric butterfly valve of the height valve and the ordinary electric butterfly valve tends to be different, and the measured curves match the practical driving conditions. It is feasible to refer to the performance test method of ordinary electric butterfly valve to test the stop performance of the electric butterfly valve built into the height valve. It can be seen that the performance test methods of the built-in electric butterfly valve of the height valve and the ordinary electric butterfly valve are different.
