1. A-type butterfly valve hangers cannot be used for large fans, pumps and pipes. HQA type and V-type butterfly valve hangers will be more effective.
2. When using the HQA butterfly valve hanger, if the equipment is evenly distributed, the single bearing range of the butterfly valve damper can be calculated according to the total weight of the equipment plus 20%. If the equipment is unevenly distributed, the butterfly valve damper with a large bearing range should be used for the heavy side, and the one with a small weighing range can be used for the light side, This can not only avoid waste, but also achieve the best damping effect.
3. When the equipment starts to work, check whether the butterfly valve displacement of the butterfly valve hanger meets the standard. When the equipment stops working, check whether the butterfly valve of the shock absorber is reset.
