2. The design of the cutter is to facilitate the entry and exit of the cutter into the workpiece cavity, and the size of the cutter head should not be too large. Therefore, a movable cutter head is designed. This kind of cutter head not only solves the problem of entering and leaving the workpiece, but also ensures the position accuracy of the cutter during frequent assembly and disassembly. The assembly of turning tool is shown in Figure 2. The cutter bar is made of 45 steel (heat treated to HRC40-45). The turning tool is reformed from a central drill. The slot hole of the cutter head and the slot of the cutter bar are processed by CNC wire cutting, with transitional fit, and fixed at one end with screws to ensure the minimum tool movement in the X direction. The pneumatic ball valve of the filling machine has the characteristics of small unbalanced force, good dynamic stability, small pressure drop loss, high adjustment accuracy, low noise, air defense, etc. Compared with P series straight through single seat regulating valve, it can accept higher differential pressure, and has a wider use temperature scale than G series cage type single seat regulating valve. Pneumatic and electric actuators can be used according to the requirements of working conditions. The whole machine is stable, flexible, adjustable, and easy to protect. It can be used to control fluids under different working conditions and get used to various severe working conditions. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, textile, paper making and other professions, especially in the operation occasions where the pressure difference before and after the valve is large and the leakage requirement is not very high.
