Large electric butterfly valve capsule is vulcanized from cord layer, inner and outer layers and formed steel wire ring. The load borne by the large electric butterfly valve is mainly borne by the cord, so the cord parameters play a decisive role in the strength, stiffness and durability of the large electric butterfly valve. The inner layer is mainly used for sealing, while the outer layer is mainly used to protect the cord. The steel wire ring is used to fix the cord layer and make the capsule closely fit with the metal fittings to ensure the air tightness of the large electric butterfly valve.

1. Cause analysis: The surface cracking defect of large electric butterfly valve capsule is caused by aging.
2. Treatment method: The standard of crack replacement is whether the crack causes the exposed inner cord layer. The outer glue function of the capsule is to protect the inner cord layer from erosion, so as long as the surface of the capsule does not crack deep enough to the cord, the protective function of the outer glue will still be effective. When the surface of the capsule cracks, the length of the crack is generally short and the depth is shallow, which is mainly caused by the aging of a thin layer on the surface. It will not affect the use performance and can continue to be used.
