How to harmonize the elasticity of electric butterfly valve in automobile
It is known that the electric butterfly valve of butterfly valve plays a very important role in the automobile, and this role will not lead to too smooth and easy damage in the driving of the automobile. 1. The damping force of the electric butterfly valve shall be small during the suspension tightening travel (the travel of the axle and the frame moving closer to each other), so that the elasticity of the elastic element can be fully applied to mitigate the impact;
2. In the suspension stretching stroke (the stroke that the axle is relatively far away from the frame), the assembling force of the electric butterfly valve should be large to quickly reduce vibration;
3. When the relative speed between the axle (or wheel) and the frame is too large, the electric butterfly valve should be able to automatically increase the cross-sectional area of the fluid flow channel, so that the damping force is always within a certain limit, so as to avoid being subjected to excessive impact loads.
At present, two-way action barrel type electric butterfly valve is widely used in automobiles. The electric butterfly valve that can play a role in reducing vibration in both tightening and stretching strokes is called two-way action electric butterfly valve. Another kind of electric butterfly valve only works during the stretching stroke. It is called one-way action electric butterfly valve.
