From the perspective of process, the valve plate of this structure is analyzed. It can be seen from Figure 2 that the filter valve plate is composed of three parts: vertical plate, base plate and large round steel plate. If the valve plate with this structure is used, the base plate and the vertical plate can be directly cut and formed, while the large round steel plate requires the technologist to first calculate the cutting size, then make the forming mould according to the required radian, press the large round steel plate with the mould, and finally weld with the other two pieces. The main problem lies in the manufacturing of the pressure forming mould. It can be seen from Figure 2 that the center part of the valve plate is curved and the edge is flat. Therefore, the safety valve needs to make a mould for each size of valve, otherwise it cannot be pressed out of the required shape. This virtually increases the manufacturing costs of enterprises.
