How should we install the electric butterfly valve? What else should I pay attention to when installing?
1. The electric butterfly valve shall be symmetrically arranged according to the central axis of the water pump unit. The electric butterfly valve can be arranged clockwise or counterclockwise.
2. When the electric butterfly valve of the unit has six device points, four of them shall be arranged at the four corners of the inert block or section steel frame, and the other two shall be arranged on the long side line, and their positions shall be adjusted so that the contraction deformation of the electric butterfly valve is as different as possible.
3. When the horizontal water pump unit is equipped with damping butterfly valve vibration isolator, the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed with the air, inert block or section steel base by connecting nuts under normal conditions.
4. When the vibration isolator of vertical water pump unit is used, a section steel base shall be set under the base of the water pump unit and an anchoring device shall be used; The section steel base and the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed with bolts (with butterfly valve gasket). The foundation bolts shall be set in the air or floor, and the electric butterfly valve shall be fixed in the air or floor after the foundation bolts.
5. The edge of the electric butterfly valve shall not exceed the edge of the inert block; The supporting area of the section steel frame shall not be less than the area of the electric butterfly valve.
6. Before construction of the device, it shall be checked in time. During installation, the static tightening deformation of the electric butterfly valve shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.
7. When the water pump unit is installed, the supporting air of the water pump unit shall be flat and have sufficient bearing capacity.
8. The electric butterfly valve of the unit shall be prevented from contacting with acid, alkali, organic solvent and other substances.
