(1) Select different welding rods according to different pipes, and formulate the corresponding welding process of non electric butterfly valve.
(2) Use lifting rings and suspenders to lift parts in sections and put them in place according to the drawing, so as to ensure the clearance and misalignment of the interface between each section of the non electric butterfly valve.
(3) Fix both ends of non electric butterfly valve parts on the air duct or pipe by spot welding to ensure the size and air flow direction.
(4) Each section of non electric butterfly valve parts shall be welded according to the drawing. For those with movable baffles, the movable baffles shall be spliced separately, and the movable baffles and other welding are not allowed (5) Clean up after welding.
(6) Prepare the sealing gasket that meets the temperature and pressure requirements for connecting n flanges according to the operating conditions and drawings, and punch the gasket according to the position of the flange hole.
(7) Install bolts, gaskets and nuts of non electric butterfly valve and tighten them repeatedly.
(8) Pre compress or stretch according to the size and direction of non electric butterfly valve compensation.
