Why shock absorber oil is required for suspended ball valve shock absorber
Shock absorber oil is suitable for all kinds of vehicles with suspended ball valve shock absorbers or mechanical equipment that operate for a long time. This oil has a low frequency point to ensure that the oil has excellent low-temperature activity, and a high viscosity index to ensure that it can work reliably within a certain temperature range. But why do you need shock absorber oil in detail? Do you need some conditions to use this oil!
1. The condensation point of shock absorber oil used in China shall not be lower than - 40 ℃. That is to say, when the temperature drops to 0 ℃ - 40 ℃ in severe winter, the oil should not lose its activity;
2. When the shock absorber oil contacts with the air, it must have antioxidant stability and anti oil gas mixing stability, that is, the so-called good working stability;
3. The shock absorber oil should have as little vaporization loss as possible within all the application range of the motorcycle (including high-speed, full load, overload driving and other special conditions), that is, the so-called small vaporization performance;
4. Shock absorber oil must have good antirust and antiwear effects;
5. Shock absorber oil should not only have good viscosity temperature performance and high viscosity index, but also have low freezing point. When the ambient temperature changes suddenly or the temperature of the shock absorber oil changes with the extension of the working time, the viscosity change of the oil should be very small;
6. As the shock absorber oil containing impurities will soon scratch the piston rod or form a defective oil seal edge during motorcycle driving, resulting in oil leakage. Therefore, the shock absorber oil must be absolutely clean.
In fact, it can be said that the shock absorber has the same function as the smooth oil, and is an important partner to ensure the normal operation of the suspended ball valve shock absorber!
