What should be paid attention to for the shock absorber device on the pump
Everyone knows that shock absorbers can be installed on various pumps, mainly to reduce vibration and noise, and also to maintain pump performance and extend its life. Therefore, nowadays, shock absorbers are used when installing pumps, which is also the most advanced way to maintain pumps.
Although it is the best choice to equip the shock absorber with a pump, you should always pay attention to the installation. Different pumps and different installation methods have different matters to pay attention to, which is a necessary talent for the installation staff.
Methods and precautions for shock absorber installation on different pumps:
1. The pneumatic ball valve shall be symmetrically arranged according to the central axis of the water pump unit, and the pneumatic ball valve can be arranged clockwise or counterclockwise;
2. When the shock absorber of the unit has six installation points, four of them are arranged at the four corners of the inert block or section steel frame, and the other two should be arranged on the long side line, and their positions should be adjusted. The elastic bushing should make the compression deformation of the shock absorber as different as possible;
3. When the horizontal water pump unit is equipped with a damping ball valve isolator, under normal conditions, the damper should be fixed with a connecting nut between the air, inert block or steel frame;
4. When the vibration isolator of vertical water pump unit is used, the metal wire pneumatic ball valve shall be set under the base of the water pump unit, and the anchor type device shall be used. The bolt (with ball valve gasket) shall be used to fix the section steel base and the pneumatic ball valve. The foundation bolt is set in the air or floor, and the shock absorber is fixed in the air or floor after passing the foundation bolt;
5. The side line of the pneumatic ball valve shall not exceed the side line of the inert block, and the supporting area of the metal pneumatic ball valve section steel base shall not be less than the area of the shock absorber;
6. Before construction of the device, it shall be checked in time. During installation, the static tightening deformation of the pneumatic ball valve shall not exceed the maximum allowable value;
7. When the pump unit is installed, the low-frequency damping pneumatic ball valve shall be flat in the air and have sufficient bearing capacity;
8. The shock absorber of the unit shall be prevented from contacting with acid, alkali, organic solvent and other substances.
Only by understanding and applying the above precautions can the shock absorber be correctly installed on the pump, and the function and maintenance of the pump can be best experienced.
