Sample:
Take one of the finished valve products that have been parked for not less than 24h after vulcanization as a sample; Equipment and tools:
Pneumatic pressure test pump or manual pressure test pump;
Pressure gauge (the operating pressure should be between 15% and 85% of the full scale reading);
Test medium:
Water, saponification liquid or suitable liquid.
Boost speed:
When the test pressure does not exceed 7.0MPa, the pressure rise speed is 0.075MPa/s-0.175MPa/s. If the above pressure rise speed cannot be reached, a suitable speed value can be negotiated;
Test preparation:
Install a flat flange cover with exhaust valve on one end of the straight flexible valve sample, and install a flat flange cover with air duct on the other end to connect with the hydraulic pump outlet pipe and fix it on the test bench, fill the test tube with low-pressure water or saponified liquid to exhaust air, close the exhaust valve and stop the pump. Adjust and fix the sample, measure and record the initial length of the sample;
Axial displacement test:
After the test is prepared, apply mechanical force in the axial direction to stretch or compress the sample to the axial elongation or axial compression specified in Table 2, and fix it; Apply the working pressure of the sample to the product at a pressure rise rate of 0.075MPa/s~0.175MPa/s for at least 1min, and check the sample for leakage, cracking, abnormal deformation and other damages. When the soft valve is used near the outlet of water, oil and pump or under frequent startup and shutdown conditions, limit devices shall be added at both ends of the flange to reduce the impact of excessive stretching and compression of the soft valve length on the pump and pipeline.
