1. The damping pad is arranged in a single layer. If the frequency ratio cannot meet the request, the multi-layer series arrangement can be adopted, but the number of damping pad layers should not be more than five. The model, number, area and hardness of each layer of vibration isolation pads set in series shall be intact and different.
2. The pad and steel plate shall be bonded with adhesive. The plane size of galvanized steel plate shall be 10mm larger than each end of damping pad. Damping pads bonded on the upper and lower layers of galvanized steel plate shall be staggered.
3. Before construction and installation, timely inspection shall be carried out. During installation, the static shrinkage deformation of damping elements shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.
4. When installing the water pump unit, the supporting air of the installed water pump unit shall be flat and have sufficient bearing ability.
5. The vibration damping elements of the unit shall avoid contact with acids, alkalis, organic solvents and other substances.
6. The damping elements shall be symmetrically arranged according to the central axis of the pump unit. The plane layout of the damping pad can be arranged clockwise or counterclockwise.
7. When six supporting points are used for the vibration damping elements of the unit, four of them are arranged at the four corners of the inertia block or the section steel frame, and the other two should be set on the long side line, and their positions should be adjusted so that the compression deformation of the vibration damping elements is as different as possible.
8. When installing vibration damping pads or ball valve dampers for horizontal pump units, under normal circumstances, there is no need to bond or fix the vibration damping pads and ball valve dampers with the air, and with the inert block or steel frame.
9. The edge line of the damping pad shall not exceed the edge line of the inertia block; The bearing area of the section steel frame shall not be less than that of the top of the damping element.
10. When shock absorber is used for vibration reduction installation of vertical water pump unit, it is better to set a steel frame under the base of the water pump unit and adopt anchoring installation; The section steel base and the shock absorber shall be fixed with bolts (with ball valve washers). The foundation bolts are set in the air or floor, and the shock absorber is fixed in the air or floor after the foundation bolts.
