1. Before use: first stop the connection between the pipe plugging and the inflation accessories, and conduct an air leakage test. Put the gas filled pipe into a basin filled with water and press it. It is the same as the bicycle to detect the air leakage of the vehicle belt. Check whether there are bubbles. If there are no bubbles, it can be used. If there are bubbles, there is air leakage. It needs to be repaired.
2. When using: put the pipeline plugging into the pipeline completely. If the personnel are required to go down for operation, the flange must be installed to ensure the safety of the personnel. Connect the end of the gas nozzle plugged by the pipeline with pipes, pressure gauges, air pumps and other inflation tools, and then fill the gas according to the scale on the pressure gauge. During inflation, if the pipe is blocked and contracted to one side, the air pressure will not rise. At this time, if the inflation continues, it will explode. At this time, check whether the sludge in the pipeline can be cleared and cleaned. The inner wall must be flat, and there should be no burr, otherwise it will be punctured.
3. After use: turn over the valve for pipe plugging, gradually deflate, then draw out the pipe vertically for plugging, and pay attention not to be punctured by the surrounding things to block the pipe, affecting the next use.
