What precautions should be taken for valve installation?
1. When installing valves and pipelines, they must be kept in a natural state. Do not artificially deform the products during installation. This can prevent the early damage of the product and the weakening of the application effect. When the valve is installed, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the displacement limit;
2. If you design this product to be installed near the outlet of the pump or at the corner of the pipe, and if the product is used in high pressure and high-rise buildings suspended in the air, the pipe must have a fixed support or fixed bracket, and the force on the fixed support and fixed bracket must be greater than the axial force, otherwise the product should be installed with anti pull off limit;
3. When the flange valve is installed, the stiffening rings at both ends of the sphere (protruding the local rigid wire rope) must be fully clamped into the flange groove to avoid the sphere and flange pulling off when the pipeline is under pressure. When installing bolts, first tighten the symmetrical bolts (six or four) to ensure that the sphere and flange are all in place;
4. When the valve is connected with the pipe flange, the screw rod of the bolt shall extend to one end of the pipe flange to avoid the local squeezing or pricking of the valve when the thread is compressed and contracted. The bolts at each end must be pressurized and tightened symmetrically to make all bolts have different tightness. In places with poor application conditions, in addition to flat gaskets, ball valve gaskets shall be added to prevent nuts from loosening.
Different application places have different requirements for valve devices. The more severe the environment is, the greater the requirements for valve devices will be. So in many cases, the leakage at the junction between the pipe and the valve is caused because a screw is not fastened tightly! This may cause damage to the flange!
