The pneumatic butterfly valve is a kind of bending structure, and the number of bending capsules is usually 1~3, but it can also be designed as sleeve, diaphragm and ball valve as required. It can also overlap two capsule ball valves under certain conditions.
The end structures of existing SAC ball valves can be divided into three categories according to the connection mode:
A fixed flange connection type, the size of both ends of the ball valve and the bending edge is less than or equal to SAC. Large outer diameter, the flange ring and the end plate are fixed and connected before drilling;
One is ring flange connection. The two ends of the ball valve are much smaller than the large outer diameter of the curved capsule, so no drilling is required. It is fixed by a special flange ring and an ordinary end plate.
The third type is self sealing, without flange connection. The pressure enters the end plate and the compressed air is self sealing.
