1. The pneumatic butterfly valve shall be symmetrically arranged according to the central axis of the pump unit. Dampers can be arranged clockwise or counterclockwise.
2. When the unit pneumatic butterfly valve has six mounting points, four of them are installed on the four corners of the inert block or steel frame, and the other two are installed on the long side line. Adjust the position to make the impact deformation of the pneumatic butterfly valve as consistent as possible.
3. When the horizontal pump unit is equipped with a damping ball valve isolator, generally, the pneumatic butterfly valve shall be fixed with grounding, inert block or steel frame.
