Four obvious functions of pneumatic butterfly valve in reciprocating structure
The following four obvious changes can be made when the pneumatic butterfly valve is used in the reciprocating structure:
1) Reciprocating starting stage. For the linear reciprocating drive mechanism participating in the installation of elastic energy storage, such as starting according to the working frequency and stroke, the demand for motor thrust is increased in the starting energy storage stage, and the energy consumption is large. But it can be processed by "swing control algorithm".
2) In the reciprocating operation phase with operating frequency and stroke, whether in the acceleration section or the braking deceleration section, the elastic energy storage installation effectively reduces the demand for motor driving force and plays a role in boosting energy conservation. Single cycle energy saving and dyeing efficiency is significant, and subsequent experiments show that the energy saving and dyeing efficiency can reach more than 50%. The overall energy saving increases with the increase of running time of M, which has great potential.
3) Complete the reciprocating drive at the same frequency, and use the elastic energy storage boost system. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce the demand for motor driving force. In the process of equipment use, it can save energy for a long time. On the other hand, because small motors and actuators can be used, the cost of system procurement is reduced.
4) Under the condition of constant stroke and load mass, the same driving thrust can make the reciprocating motion mechanism participating in the pneumatic butterfly valve reach the highest motion frequency higher than that without pneumatic butterfly valve, improve the working efficiency of the system, and complete the high-speed equipment.
5) Pneumatic butterfly valve in reciprocating mechanism can effectively reduce system impact, vibration and noise.
