Two Steps of Vertical Static Stiffness Simulation Analysis of Pneumatic Butterfly Valve for Automobile Seat
The first analysis step: constrain the six degrees of freedom of the pneumatic butterfly valve, cover plate and piston of the car seat. Apply air pressure MPa (working air pressure) to inflate the pneumatic butterfly valve.
The second analysis step: release the vertical displacement constraint of the lower cover plate of the pneumatic butterfly valve for the car seat and keep the other freedom constraints unchanged, then apply a vertical displacement of 130mm to the upper cover plate.
Record the displacement and load data of the pneumatic butterfly valve of the car seat in the process of tension and compression after inflation.
