2. The pipe must have a fixed support or bracket, and the force of the bracket must be greater than the axial force. During vertical installation and overhead installation, corresponding fixed supports and load-bearing supports shall be installed at both ends of the product to prevent pulling off under working pressure.
3. The mounting bolts shall be tightened symmetrically and gradually to prevent local leakage.
4. During installation, keep away from heat sources, and do not use media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
5. When installing the electric ball valve, it is strictly prohibited to install it beyond the displacement limit.
6. The installation bolts shall be symmetrical and tightened gradually to prevent local leakage. For the working pressure above 7.1.6 MPa, the bolts shall be installed with elastic pressure pads to prevent the bolts from loosening during operation.
8. During vertical installation, both ends of the joint pipe shall be supported by vertical force, and anti pulling device can be used to prevent pulling out under working pressure.
9. The installation position of the electric ball valve should be far away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation light and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product
10. It is strictly prohibited to scratch the surface and sealing surface with sharp tools during transportation, loading and unloading of electric ball valve.
