When reassembling the valve body of the electric ball valve, the bolts must be tightened symmetrically, gradually and evenly. The cleaning agent shall be compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and operating media (such as gas) in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, the metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline (GB484-89). Clean non-metallic parts with pure water or alcohol. The separated individual parts can be cleaned by immersion method. The metal parts with undifferentiated non-metallic parts can be wiped with clean and fine silk cloth impregnated with cleaning agent (to avoid fiber falling off and adhering to the parts). During cleaning, all grease, dirt, glue and dust adhering to the wall surface must be removed. The non-metallic parts shall be taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and shall not be soaked for a long time. After cleaning, it is necessary to wait until the cleaning agent on the washed wall evaporates (it can be wiped with a silk cloth not soaked in the cleaning agent) for assembly, but it shall not be put aside for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be polluted by dust. New parts shall also be cleaned before assembly. Lubricate with grease. The lubricating grease shall be compatible with the metal data, rubber parts, plastic parts and operating media of the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, for example, special 221 grease can be used. Apply a thin layer of grease on the surface of the seal device groove, a thin layer of grease on the rubber seal, and a thin layer of grease on the sealing surface and friction surface of the valve stem. During assembly, it is not allowed to have metal chips, fibers, grease (specified for use outside) dust, other impurities, foreign matters, etc., contaminate, adhere to or stay on the surface of parts or enter the cavity. The electric ball valve does not need manual operation, but intelligent operation. In the production process, the environmental site determines all the factors. The electric ball valves used in high pressure, high temperature, low pressure and low temperature environments are different. The following points should be noted: for low temperature and low pressure, raw materials do not need to be adjusted too much. In the case of high pressure and high temperature, the data of high temperature and high pressure resistance shall be selected as the data of electric ball valve, such as stainless steel and alloy, which can accept high pressure and high temperature.
