1. When installing the electric ball valve, it is not allowed to weld the temporary support on the wave joint. When lifting, it is not allowed to bind the sling on the wave joint.
2. When installing copper electric ball valve, its straight pipe length shall not be less than 100mm
3. The pipe fixing support for the installation of supports and hangers is set to ensure the reasonable distribution of the thermal expansion of the pipe between the electric ball valves. When the temperature change causes the expansion or contraction of the pipe, the fixing support can prevent the displacement of the pipe at this point. The fixed support matched with the compensation device shall be fixed before pre stretching (compression) to make the compensation device of the electric ball valve play its due role. Only one fixed support can be installed on the straight pipe section with displacement without compensation device, otherwise the displacement will be hindered.
