1、 Electric soft seal butterfly valve (the raw material of butterfly valve here is ductile iron, rubber seal) This electric butterfly valve is often used for opening and closing of non corrosive water at normal temperature. There are two reasons for its leakage:
1. The butterfly plate is corroded. As it is a ductile iron plate, the valve plate will rust and leak after a long time.
2. The rubber valve seat is damaged, and the rubber wear resistance is poor after a long time of opening and closing, resulting in seal damage.
3. Due to the electric actuator, the field commissioning was not in place, resulting in leakage.
