1. The flexible electric ball valve shall not exceed the displacement and extension limit during installation.
2. The installation bolts shall be symmetrically and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. For the electric ball valve with working pressure above 1.0MPa, elastic pressure pad shall be provided when installing bolts to prevent the bolts from loosening during operation.
4. When installing the electric ball valve, the pipe needs to be installed with a fixed support, otherwise, the anti tension device should be installed to prevent the working pressure from pulling off (Note: the electric ball valve is not allowed to bear the transverse tension of the pipe weight and the pipe weight cannot be pressed on the electric ball valve)
5. The electric ball valve shall be installed far away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly prohibited to expose to strong radiation light, sun and use media that do not meet the requirements of this product.
6. During the transportation, loading, unloading and installation of the electric ball valve, it is strictly prohibited to use tax tools to cut the surface sealing surface.
7. When installing matching flange, please use special flange for butterfly valve or small diameter flange to avoid flange falling off and water leakage after installation.
