Before installing the pneumatic butterfly valve, you should do a good job in all aspects of the actual work. 2. The valves shall be tested as follows before delivery:
① When the valve is open, the valve body shall accept the internal pressure test of twice the working pressure value of the valve;
② When the valve is closed, both sides separately accept 1.1 times of the valve working pressure value, without leakage; However, for metal sealed butterfly valves, the leakage value is not greater than the relevant requirements.
