After the installation of the pipeline system, the yellow auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation on the electric ball valve of corrugated double flange pipeline shall be removed as soon as possible, and the limit device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements, so that the pipeline system has sufficient compensation capacity under environmental conditions.
7. All moving elements of the double flange pipeline electric ball valve shall not be blocked or restricted by external components, and the normal action of all moving parts shall be ensured.
8. During the hydrostatic test, the secondary fixed pipe support installed at the end of the electric ball valve pipeline of double flange pipeline shall be reinforced to prevent the pipeline from moving or rotating. For pneumatic valves and their connecting pipelines used for gas medium, attention shall be paid to whether temporary supports are required during water filling. The 96 chloride ion content of cleaning solution for water pressure test shall not exceed 25PPM.
9. After the hydrostatic test, the accumulated water in the wave case shall be drained as soon as possible and the inner surface of the wave case shall be blown dry. 10. The insulation material in contact with the corrugated pipe of double flange pipe electric ball valve shall be free of chloride ion.
