1. Before installation, the model, specification, pipeline and support configuration of stainless steel electric ball valve must meet the design requirements.
2. For the electric ball valve with a draft tube, attention should be paid to making the direction of the draft tube consistent with the flow direction of the medium (installed according to the flow direction sign of the electric ball valve). The hinge rotation plane of plane angular type electric ball valve shall be consistent with the displacement plane.
3. For the electric ball valve that needs to be cold tightened, the auxiliary components for its pre deformation shall be removed after the stainless steel electric ball valve is pre deformed.
4. After the installation of the pipeline system, the auxiliary positioning components and fasteners used for installation and transportation protection on the electric ball valve shall be removed immediately, and the limit device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements. The pipeline system can be fully compensated under environmental conditions.
5. It must be noted that the electric ball valve does not absorb torque, so it is not allowed to be twisted when installing the stainless steel electric ball valve.
6. In addition to the deformation of pretension or "cold tightening" required by the design, it is prohibited to use the method of pipe deformation to adjust the deviation of the installation pipe, so as not to affect the normal function of the electric ball valve, or it will reduce its service life and increase the load of the pipe system, equipment and support components.
7. The neutral alignment of the pipeline is better. If there is no other way to ensure it, the method of cutting off the equal length pipeline and installing the electric ball valve can be used to ensure it.
8. The insulation layer shall be placed on the outer protective sleeve of the electric ball valve, not directly on the pipe. Chlorine containing insulation materials shall not be used.
9. During installation, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of electric ball valve to cause other mechanical damage.
10. The support must meet the design requirements. It is forbidden to test the pressure in the pipeline before the support is installed, so as to avoid damaging the electric ball valve.
11. All moving elements of stainless steel electric ball valve shall not be hooked by external components or restrict the normal action of its moving parts.
