In addition to the deformation of pretension or "cold tightening" required by the design, it is prohibited to use the method of pipe deformation to adjust the deviation of the installation pipe, so as not to affect the normal function of the electric ball valve, or it will reduce its service life and increase the load of the pipe system, equipment and support components.
7. The neutral alignment of the pipeline is better. If there is no other way to ensure it, the method of cutting off the equal length pipeline and installing the electric ball valve can be used to ensure it.
8. The insulation layer shall be placed on the outer protective sleeve of the electric ball valve, not directly on the pipe. Chlorine containing insulation materials shall not be used.
9. During installation, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of electric ball valve to cause other mechanical damage.
10. The support must meet the design requirements. It is forbidden to test the pressure in the pipeline before the support is installed, so as to avoid damaging the electric ball valve.
11. All moving elements of stainless steel electric ball valve shall not be hooked by external components or restrict the normal action of its moving parts.
