The composition material of non pneumatic ball valve for desulfurization pipeline depends on the temperature and corrosion cleaning of desulfurization pipeline:
1) Under normal temperature and without corrosion, if there is no special requirement, the non pneumatic ball valve can be in the form of non guide cylinder, which is easy to install and replace;
2) In case of corrosion at normal temperature, the non pneumatic ball valve is generally in the form of a deflector, and the fabric skin is made of corrosion-resistant materials to increase its service life; During installation, pay attention to the medium flow direction mark marked on the diversion drum;
3) Under the condition of high temperature and no corrosion, the non pneumatic ball valve shall adopt a special structure resistant to high temperature to absorb the thermal displacement of the pipeline;
4) In case of high temperature and corrosion, the non pneumatic ball valve shall adopt a special structure resistant to high temperature and corrosion, which not only compensates the thermal displacement generated by the pipeline, but also reduces the corrosion caused by the flue gas. One thing to be noted here: the outer layer of the non pneumatic ball valve - the non fabric skin part needs to be protected, whether during transportation or on-site construction.
