1. The materials, finished products, semi-finished products, accessories, appliances and equipment used for water supply of pneumatic ball valves must have Chinese quality certification documents, and the specifications, models and performance test reports should comply with national technical standards or design requirements. Inspection and acceptance shall be carried out when entering the site, which shall be verified and confirmed by the engineer.
2. The pneumatic ball valve must be used for the water supply pipeline passing through the foundation of the building, the outer wall of the basement, and the building with strict waterproof requirements.
3. The pneumatic ball valve water supply pipeline shall not pass through expansion joints, seismic joints and settlement joints.
4: Before construction, pipe fittings and valves shall be tested, and the pressure rating shall not be less than 1.5 times of the working pressure of the pipeline. After materials enter the site and before pipe laying, the pipes and accessories shall be inspected, including written certificates and physical inspection.
5: It is strictly prohibited to throw or collide the pneumatic ball valve pipes during transportation, loading, unloading and stacking. The laying of pipes can be carried out only after the groove inspection is qualified. Before laying pipes, pipes, fittings, etc., a visual inspection shall be carried out again. The pneumatic ball valve of drainage pipes shall be supplied in advance, and the pipes and fittings found to have problems shall not be used.
