Common problems and solutions of electric butterfly valve
1. Before the device, confirm whether the product function and medium flow arrow of our factory are consistent with the movement condition, and insert and clean the valve cavity. No foreign matter is allowed on the sealing ring and butterfly plate. Never close the butterfly plate before cleaning to avoid damaging the sealing ring. 　　
2. It is recommended to use special flange for butterfly valve, namely HGJ54-91 socket welding steel flange, as the supporting flange of disc device. 　　
3. The best position of the device in the pipeline is vertical installation, but cannot be inverted. 　　
4. During operation, the flow shall be adjusted and controlled by a worm gear box. 　　
5. For butterfly valves that have been opened and closed for many times, at about two months, open the cover of the worm gear box to check whether the butter is normal, and keep a proper amount of butter. 　　
6. Check that the connection parts are required to be compacted to ensure the honeybee property of the packing and the sensitive rolling of the valve rod. 　
7. The metal seal butterfly valve is not suitable to be installed at the end of the pipeline. If it is necessary to install it at the end of the pipeline, the outlet flange shall be used to prevent the seal ring from overstocking and over positioning. 　　
8. The valve rod device shall be used to regularly check the function of the valve, and problems found shall be eliminated in time.
