What is the basis for selecting electric ball valves?
1、 It is a control element, which is widely used in fluid pipeline system. It has many uses, and plays a very good role in controlling flow, pressure, reflux, etc. Because the quality of the electric ball valve has a great impact on the safety of the pipeline, the electric ball valve must be selected according to a certain process and basis.
2、 Be clear about the pipe diameter of your company, and know what kind of diameter and connection method of electric ball valve you need to select.
3、 According to the needs of the pipeline, first determine some common parameters of the electric ball valve, such as the discharge ability, the allowable flow resistance, the size of the valve seat hole, etc. If these parameters are not selected correctly, the electric ball valve will play a significant role in controlling the flow.
4、 Select appropriate raw materials according to the working temperature of the pipeline. Of course, the working pressure of the pipeline should also be taken into account.

If the temperature indicated by the temperature pointer is less than or equal to 150 ℃, tetrafluoro sealing material is required. If the temperature indicated by the temperature pointer is higher than 150 ℃, hard sealing material is required. The pressure pointer corresponds to the material of the main body of the pneumatic butterfly valve. If the pressure value is smaller than 16 kg, the main body of the valve needs to be made of cast iron, and the temperature in the north is lower, Cast iron or cast steel valves need to be considered, but the cast iron material is relatively fragile. If the local temperature is very low, the valve surface is easy to crack. When the external pressure exceeds 16 kg, cast steel valves need to be considered. When purchasing valves, consumers need to comprehensively consider the above factors and select valves of corresponding materials to avoid accidents during the use of valves.
