As the valve core is damaged and the flow rate increases, the corresponding valve will be closed a little more, so that the whole valve core can be fully used until the root and sealing surface of the valve core are damaged and cannot be used. At the same time, the large opening work has large throttling clearance, and erosion is weakened, which increases the service life of the valve by more than 1~5 times than that of the valve in the middle opening and small opening at the beginning. If a chemical plant adopts this method, the service life of the valve has been increased by 2 times.

4. In the process of using the pneumatic switch butterfly valve, if the packing leakage is found, the problem can be solved by tightening the gland bolts.
